Separate Database Server and Application Server


Database Server Configurations 

Version: Microsoft SQL Server 2012, 2014 or 2016 (Standard or Enterprise Editions) [Supported Only on GUI based OS] 

Virtual Sockets & Cores: Follow VMWare and/or Microsoft Recommendation. We recommend 2 Virtual Sockets.

RAM: 12 GB or higher

Disk Space: Minimum 15 GB

TCP/IP Port: Port 1433 (or any other Port Number can be configured). It needs to be enabled for 127.0.0.1 within SQL Server Configuration Manager



Application Server Configurations 

Version: Windows Server 2012 R2 (x64) [Only GUI based OS Supported]

Virtual Sockets & Cores: Minimum 2 Virtual Sockets

RAM: 12 GB or higher

Disk Space: Minimum 25 GB

TCP/IP Port: Port 443 for HTTPS Connection. SSL Certificates need to be deployed to a Java Keystore (JKS) using Java Key Tool. Customer is responsible for SSL Certificate Deployment.



Client Machine Configuration 

Operating System: Windows 10

Browser: Internet Explorer 11 (Preferred and Recommended)




One Server for both Database and Application

Note: The Application Server will work on Windows Server 2016; however, it may require manual deployment. A manual deployment will only be supported for customers who have and maintain a QA and PROD environment. We will not be supporting Windows Server 2016 manual deployment for customers who only have a PROD environment.
