The following pre-requisites are optional to be completed prior to your instance made live.
If you want the logo prior to the instance being made live, it must be submitted to your Business/Sales Point of Contact prior to the Agreements being signed.
If you choose to provide the logos at a later time, please make a note of the following:
1. It will require a Ticket
2. Request will be added to the queue and will not be treated as Urgent.
Turn around time will be two business days and requires about 5 minutes of downtime.
- Company Logo (acceptable format is PNG only)
- Square Logo (200px x 200px) - Save file as logo01.png
- Wide Logo (210px x 40px) - Save file as logo02.png
