Start Apps
- Launch service.msc.
- Start ACv4-AccessCommander service.
- Wait 60 seconds and start API-ACv4-Zuul service.
- Wait 15 seconds and start API-ACv4-AuthServer service.
- Wait 15 seconds and start API-ACv4-APIService service.
- Wait 30 seconds and start PCv4-ZuulGateway service.
- Wait 25 seconds and start PCv4-EnterpriseAuthServer service.
- Wait 45 seconds and start PCv4-PortalCommander service.
- Wait 45 seconds and start PCv4-PortalUI service.
- Ensure all IIS Sites set up during the process are also started.
