Travel Reason

Options for Travel Reason is dependent and driven by Travel Type selection made.

Single Traveler

Single Traveler is defaulted to Yes and disabled from further modification if Travel Type is Personal.

Traveler Details - Section

This will appear only if Single Traveler is set to Yes and will appear automatically when Travel Type is Personal.

Travel Document Type

This field will determine if it will allow for an input of Comments or allow for Passport Book / Passport Card look up based on the option selected.

Business Foreign Travel - Section

This section will appear only if Travel Type is Business / Official.
