How can I switch to OpenJDK 8 once its compatible

Customers wanting to switch once we officially support and recommend OpenJDK can follow the instructions that will be made available in the Knowledge Base of the Customer Service Portal. We recommend customers having a Non-Production environment to switch to OpenJDK first and ensure there are no issues on their end before switching it in Production. Customers not having a Non-Production environment and running into issues in Productions will be advised to switch back to Oracle Java Runtime 8.

OpenJDK 11

Our products will be supported and compatible with OpenJDK 11 starting Q4 2024 or Q1 2025. This is tentative time frame and is subject to change.
