Guidelines for Submitting Change Request or Feature Request

When submitting a Change Request or Feature Request, follow the guidelines below to ensure it is not lacking information which may possibly delay consideration of the request and/or implementation of the request.


In the Details, the ticket must answer the following things

  • Description -- Describe the Change or Feature being requested in as much as details as possible considering permissions, field input type, etc.

  • Justification -- Provide your justification for the requested Change or Feature. If justification is not provided, the request will not be considered and ticket will be closed out.

  • Impact Level -- Must specify one of the options below. If an impact level is not mentioned, please describe the Impact Level the requested Change or Feature has for your organization.

    • Failing to comply with NISPOM/Industry Compliance

    • Failing to comply with Corporate/Business Requirements

    • Lacking ability to track Data

    • User Convenience

    • Other
