When submitting a Change Request or Feature Request, follow the guidelines below to ensure it is not lacking information which may possibly delay consideration of the request and/or implementation of the request.
In the Details, the ticket must answer the following things
Description -- Describe the Change or Feature being requested in as much as details as possible considering permissions, field input type, etc.
Justification -- Provide your justification for the requested Change or Feature. If justification is not provided, the request will not be considered and ticket will be closed out.
Impact Level -- Must specify one of the options below. If an impact level is not mentioned, please describe the Impact Level the requested Change or Feature has for your organization.
Failing to comply with NISPOM/Industry Compliance
Failing to comply with Corporate/Business Requirements
Lacking ability to track Data
User Convenience
