What Is End of Life [EOL]?
When a product version reaches its End of Life (EOL), it means that the version is no longer supported by our team. This includes the discontinuation of:

Technical support
Customization or feature enhancement requests
Impacts of EOL
If you are running a version that has reached EOL:
You will not receive technical support for troubleshooting issues on the unsupported version.
Custom requests or enhancements will not be fulfilled for the unsupported version.
