Are Emails Encrypted (for all Customers)

No, the emails generated by our applications are not encrypted.

OEM Customers (Customers who self-host our Products/Solutions)

• Secure Settings
  Customers have the option to use an Email Relay service or authenticate anonymously or use specific TLS/HTTPS settings. These are configurable within the properties file of the respective Application on the Server Side.
  

SaaS Customers (Customers who host our Products/Solutions directly with us)

• Secure Settings
  Email Traffic is based on our Microsoft 365 SMTP tenant. Each customer is issued distinct and unique mailboxes. We utililize TLS which encrypts the email in transit, but not at rest.
  Any outbound email once delivered is automatically removed from our SMTP server 30 calendar days later.
