Document Control - Deactivating/Activating Document Records

Feature available from v4.4.5 onwards.


Users can now make an Active Document record as Inactive or make an Inactive Document record as Active from within the record or selecting one or multiple records in the Listing Screen and using the the Commands option. When performing this action in bulk, the option will only appear if the records selected are from the same Facility Code and are the same Status.
